ஜைப்புன்னிஸா காஜிக்கு தண்டனையென்றால், சஞ்சய் தத்தை எப்படி மன்னித்து விட்டுவிடலாம் – நடிகனுக்கு ஒரு நீதி, மற்றவருக்கு ஒரு நீதியா?
சூபி ஞானிகளை, மெய்ஞானிகளையே வென்றுவிடும் தோற்றம் – கைதாகிய நிலையில்.
மார்க்கண்டேய கட்ஜு யாதாவது ஒரு பெரிய பதவியை எதிர்பார்க்கிறாரா?: ஜைப்புன்னிஸா காஜி அல்லது ஜைப்புன்னிஸா காத்ரி என்ற பெண்ணும் அனீஸ் இப்ராஹிம் மற்றும் அபு சலீம் போன்ற தீவிர-பயங்கரவாதிகளுக்காக ஆயுதங்களைப் பதுக்கி வைத்திருந்த குற்றத்திற்காக ஐந்தாண்டு கடுங்காவல் தண்டனை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது[1]. ஆனால், மார்க்கண்டேய கட்ஜு, குறிப்பாக சஞ்சய்தத்திற்காக மட்டும் பரிந்துரைத்து கடிதம் எழுதியுள்ளதாக தம்பட்டம் அடித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர்[2]. மறைமுகமாக, இதனை கேள்வி கேட்பது போல, ஊடகங்கள், அவனைத் தவிர இன்னுமொரு குற்றவாளியும் அதே குற்றத்திற்காக, ஆயுதங்களைப் பதுக்கி வைத்திருந்த குற்றத்திற்காக ஐந்தாண்டு கடுங்காவல் தண்டனை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது, அவளுக்காகவும் பரிந்துரைக்க வேண்டியதுதானே என்று கேட்க, ஆஹா, பேஷ், பேஷ், அதற்கென்ன செய்து விடலாமே என்று பாட்டுப் பால ஆரம்பித்து விட்டார்[3].

முஸ்லீம்–இந்து வேடங்களை வாழ்க்கையில் சஞ்சய் தத் போடுவது ஏன்?: சஞ்சய்தத் நடிகன் என்பதால், வேடம் போட அவனுக்கு சொல்லித்தர வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை. திடீரென்று இந்து போல பெரிதாக நாமம், காவி துண்டு சகிதம் காட்சியளிப்பதும், பிறகு தாடி, பச்சைநிற துண்டு அல்லது உடை அணிந்து வருவதும், நீதிமன்றத்திலேயே பார்த்திருக்கலாம். நீதிமண்ரத்திற்கு வரும்போதே, ஒருமுறை ஏதோ முஸ்லீம் போல பெரிதாக தாடி வைத்துக் கொண்டு வருவது, மறுமுறை, பெரிய நாமம் போட்டுக் கொண்டு வருவது என்ற வேடங்களை பல புகைப்படங்களில் பார்க்கலாம்.
யாசர் அராபத்தை நினைவூற்றும் அந்த பாம்புத்தோல் டிஸைன் துண்டோடு.
முஸ்லீம்களான இந்தி நடிகர்கள் இந்துக்களைப் போல ஏன் நிஜ வாழ்க்கையில் நடித்து ஏமாற்ற வேண்டும்?: சுனில் தத், நர்கீஸ் என்ற முஸ்லீம் நடிகையை மணந்து கொண்டதும் முஸ்லஈம் ஆகிவிட்டார். அதாவது, ஒரு முஸ்லீமை திருமணம் செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்றால், ஆணோ-பெண்ணோ முஸ்லீமாக வேண்டும். அப்பொழுது தான், நிக்காவே செய்து வைப்பார்கள். ஆனால், இந்தி நடிகர்கள் பெரும்பாலோனோர் முஸ்லீம்களாக இருந்தாலும், நிஜ வாழ்க்கையில் இந்துக்கள் போல பெயர்களை வைத்துக் கொண்டு, உடைகள் அணிந்து கொண்டு, மீசை-தாடி இல்லாமல் நடித்து வந்தார்கள். சஞ்சய் தத் குடும்பமும் அவ்வாறே செய்து வந்துள்ளது. சஞ்சய் தத்,, அன்று தனது தந்தையிடம் சொன்னது, “எனது நரம்பு-நாளங்களில் முஸ்லீம் ரத்தம் ஓடுகின்றது, அதனால், மும்பையில் நடப்பதை என்னால் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்க முடியவில்லை”, என்றதாகும். அதாவது, மொரிஸியசிலிருந்து திரும்பி வந்து போலீஸ் நிலையத்தில் இவ்வாறு சொல்கிறான்.
இது புதுவித தாடி-மீசை தோற்றத்தில்.
பிரச்சினை எனும் போது “நான் முஸ்லீம்” அல்லது “முஸ்லீம் என்றதால் தான் என்னை இப்படி செய்கிறார்கள்” என்று குற்றம் செய்தவர்கள் கூறவேண்டியது ஏன்?: முதன் முதலில் இந்த தந்திரத்தைக் கையாண்டவர், முஹம்மது அஸாரத்தூனனென்ற கிரிக்கெட் ஆட்டக்காரர் தான். பிரச்சினை எனும் போது “நான் முஸ்லீம்” அல்லது “முஸ்லீம் என்றதால் தான் என்னை இப்படி செய்கிறார்கள்” என்று குற்றம் செய்தவர்கள் கூறவேண்டிய ரஅசியத்தின் பிண்ணனி இதுதான். அதாவது, இந்திய சட்டங்கள் என்களுக்குப் பொருந்தாது, ஷரீயத் சட்டம் தான் எங்களுக்கு பொருந்தும் என்று சொல்லாமல் சொல்கிறார்கள் போலும்!
அஹா, நெற்றியில் நெடிய நாமம் – ஆமாம் “சாப்ரென் டெரர்” என்று சொல்கிறார்களே, அந்த நிறத்துடன்.

Kode then called out Zaibunissa Kazi’s name. Two of the three AK-56 rifles, some ammunition and 20 hand grenades returned by Sanjay had been kept at her house for a few days. The judgement was as severe as the previous one. She was held guilty under Section 3(3) of TADA. The sub-section defines a convict as one who “conspires or attempts to commit, or advocates, abets, advises or incites or knowingly facilitates the commission of a terrorist act or any act preparatory to a terrorist act.” |
| Tension was visible on the face of Satish Maneshinde, one of Sanjay Dutt’s key lawyers. He was later to say this to a Tehelka spycam: “The moment she was convicted, I thought Sanjay too would be convicted under TADA.” (See box on Page 12) He had reasons for admitting this. Unlike his client Sanjay, who had asked for the weapons, stored them, asked for them to be destroyed and even admitted to his association with Anees Ibrahim, Zaibunissa Kazi had only stored them for a few days. Manzoor’s role too was clear in Maneshinde’s head: he had been called by gangster Abu Salem — like Manzoor, also from Azamgarh in UP — and the two had driven to Sanjay’s house to pick up the bag that was then kept at Zaibunissa Kazi’s house. Both she and Manzoor face the prospect of spending a minimum five years in jail, if not a life term. |
| As for Zaibunissa Kazi, she had allowed her house to be used as a transit point. The weapons were meant neither for her nor for Manzoor. The evidence on record shows that their offence was minor when compared to that of Sanjay who kept three AK-56s and hand grenades for close to a week and continued to retain one assault rifle for almost a month after serial blasts rocked Bombay. Apprehending his arrest, Sanjay had the weapons destroyed and, quite unlike Manzoor, he made seven calls to Anees. | விஷயத்தை அறிந்து கொண்டுதான், சஞ்சய் அந்த ஆயுதங்களை அழிக்க முடிவெடுத்துள்ளான். அதற்கு அனீஸ் இப்ராஹிம் உதவியுள்ளான். |

போலீஸார் இன்று கூட சொல்வதென்னவென்றால், சஞ்சய் ஆயுதங்களை மட்டு வைத்திருக்கவில்லை, இதற்கு மேலேயும் செய்துள்ளான் என்பதுதான்[7]. விசாரணையில் பல விஷயங்கள் வெளிவந்துள்ளபோதிலும், சுனில் தத், தன்னுடைய அரசியல் செல்வாக்கு வைத்துக் கொண்டு மறைக்க பாடுபட்டுள்ளார். தான் ஒரு முஸ்லீம் என்றும் சொல்லிக் கொண்டு மதரீதியில் பேசியுள்ளார்[8]மானால், மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது போல், இவனோ சொன்னதற்கு மாறாக[9], நெற்றியில் பெரிய நாமத்தைப் போட்டுக் கொண்டு, தனது நண்பனான யுசூப் நல்வாலாவிற்கு அருகில் உட்கார்ந்திருந்தான். மன்சூர் அஹமத்இன் மனைவி சொன்னதாவது[10], “சஞ்சய் பெரிய ஆள், நிறைய பேர்களை தெரியும், பணம் இருக்கிறது. நான் என்ன செய்வது, எனக்கும் பணம் இருந்தால் பெரிய வக்கீலை அமர்த்தியிருப்பேன்”
அட, நாமம் என்ன, என்னவேண்டுமானாலும் செய்வேன் – அமிர்தசர்சில் இந்த கோலம்!
அட போய்யா, நான் முஸ்லீம், இப்படித்தான் இருப்பேன் – ஆஜ்மீரிலோ இச்சுமைதான் – என்னே லட்சியம்!
