பாகிஸ்தான் தர்காவில் நடந்தது பைத்தியம் செய்த கொலையா, இல்லை நரபலியா? – ஒரு பைத்தியம் எப்படி இருபது பைத்தியங்களைக் கொல்ல முடியும்? (1)

இவனே “மனநோயாளி” என்றால், அங்கே வரும் பைத்தியங்களுக்கு எப்படி, இந்த பைத்தியம் வைத்தியம் பார்க்கும்?: பாகிஸ்தானில் உள்ள தர்கா காப்பகத்தின் நிர்வாகி ஒருவர், பெண்கள் உள்பட 20 பேருக்கு மயக்க மருந்து தந்து அவர்களை வெட்டியும், தாக்கியும் கொன்ற கோரச் சம்பவம் பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது என்று தமிழ் ஊடகங்கள் 03-04-2017 அன்று செய்திகளை வெளியிட ஆரம்பித்தாலும், 02-04-2017 மாலையில் முரண்பட்ட விவரங்கள் தான் பாகிஸ்தான் நாளிதழ்கள் மூலம் அறியப்பட்டன[1]. பக்தர்களை காப்பகத்தின் பொறுப்பாளர் தன்னை கொலை செய்யப் பார்க்கிறார்கள் என்று பயந்து, கொன்றதாக செய்திகள் வெளிவந்தன[2]. தனக்கே விஷம் கொடுத்து கொலை செய்ய அவர்கள் திட்டமிட்டதால் தான், அவர்களை கொலை செய்ததாக கூறினான்[3]. சொத்து-அதிகாரம் போட்டி என்றால், தர்காவின் காப்பாளரான அப்துல் வஹீத், அவன் மகன் மற்றவர்கள், இவர்களுக்கிடையில் தான் பகை-கொலை செய்யும் வெறி இருந்திருக்க வேண்டும்[4]. தர்காவை பிடிக்க திட்டம் போட்டவர்களுக்கும், சொகிச்சைப் பெற்றவர்களுக்கும் உள்ள தொடர்பு என்ன? தன்னை கொலை செய்ய வருகிறார்கள் என்பது எப்படி “மனநோயாளிக்கு”த் தெரியும்? இவனே “மனநோயாளி” என்றால், அங்கே வரும் பைத்தியங்களுக்கு எப்படி, இந்த பைத்தியம் வைத்தியம் பார்க்கும்? ஆகவே, எதையோ மறைக்கிறார்கள் என்பது நன்றாகத் தெரிகிறது.

பேய் ஓட்டுவதாகவும், பாவ மன்னிப்பு அளிப்பதாகவும் குரூர சிகிச்சை அளித்த தர்கா: இந்திய விவகாரங்களில் உள்ளே புகுந்து, ஆராய்ந்து, விவரங்களை வெளியிடும் செக்யூலரிஸ ஊடகங்கள், பாகிஸ்தான் நாளிதழ்கள் சொன்னதை கூட போடாமல், திரித்து வெளியிட ஆரம்பித்துள்ளன. தினமணியில் தலைப்பே தமாஷாக இருந்தது! “பாகிஸ்தானில் உள்ள தர்காவில் கொடூரம்: மயக்க மருந்து கொடுத்து 20 பேரை வெட்டிக் கொன்ற மனநோயாளி,” என்ற தலைப்பிட்டது[5]. மனநோயாளி எப்படி, அடுத்தவர்களுக்கு மயக்க மருந்து கொடுத்தான், கொடுத்த பிறகு, வெட்டிக் கொன்றான் என்று விளக்கவில்லை[6]. கொலைசெய்கிறவன், வந்தவர்களின், ஆடைகளை நீக்கி, நிர்வாணமாக்கி, தடிகளால் அடித்தும், கத்தியால் குத்தியும் கொலை செய்தான் என்பது புதிராக உள்ளது. அதில் நான்கு பெண்களும் அடக்கம் எனும்போது, அவர்களை நிர்வாணமாக்கியவன், மருந்து கொடுத்து, மயக்கமடையச் செய்தவன், அப்படியே அடித்துக் கொன்றான, குத்திக் கொன்றானா, அல்லது பாலியல் பலாத்காரம் செய்தானா போன்ற விவரங்கள் தெரியவில்லை.

பேய், பிசாசு பிடித்தவர்களை உயிரோடு எரிக்கும் வழக்கம் இன்றும் பாகிஸ்தானில் உள்ளது: மதநிர்வாக விவகார மந்திரி, ஜெயீம் காதரி, “ரகசிய புலனாய்வுத் துறைமூலம், இத்தகைய மத–காப்பங்கங்கள் பஞ்சாப் மாநிலத்தில் 552 இருப்பதாக தெரிய வந்துள்ளது. ஆனால், இது பதிவு செய்யப்படாதது ஒன்றாகும். பேயோட்டுகிறேன் என்று இப்பகுதியில், இத்தகைய கொலைகள் நடப்பது மற்றும் அவர்களை உயிரோடு எரிப்பது, இந்நாட்டில் அவ்வப்போது நடந்து வருகிறது. ஆனால், இதுபோன்ற கூட்டுக் கொலை நடப்பது, இதுதான் முதல் தடவை,” என்றார்[7]. அதாவது, “பேய், பிசாசு பிடித்தவர்களை உயிரோடு எரிக்கும் வழக்கம் இன்றும் பாகிஸ்தானில் உள்ளது” என்பதை ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறார். ஆனால், தமிழ் ஊடகங்கள் இதனை கண்டுகொள்ளவில்லை. யூத-கிருஸ்துவ-முகமதிய மதங்களின் படி, பேய்-பிசாசு பிடித்தவர்களை உயிரோடு எரிப்பது வழக்கமாக இருக்கிறது. ஆனானப் பட்ட அமெரிக்கா மற்றும் ஐரோப்பிய நாடுகளிலேயே இப்பழக்கம் 20 நூற்றாண்டு வரை இருந்தது. பிறகு சட்டங்கள் மற்றும் கடுமையான நடவடிக்கைக்கள் மூலம் கட்டுப் படுத்தினர். ஆனால், இஸ்லாமிய நாடுகளில், மதநம்பிக்கை மூலம் நடப்பதால், அரசுகள் கண்டும் காணாதது போல இருந்து விடுகின்றன.

விமான பாதுகாப்பிற்கு கருப்பு ஆடு பலிக் கொடுத்த பாகிஸ்தான் விமானத் துறை[8]: நான்கு மாதங்களுக்கு முன்னர் டிசம்பர் 2016ல், பாகிஸ்தானிய விமானத்துறை பாதுகாப்பு கோரி, ஒரு கருப்பு ஆட்டை அறுத்து பலியிட்டனர்[9]. பாகிஸ்தான் விமானங்கள் அடிக்கடி விபத்தில் மாட்டிக் கொள்கின்றன[10]. டிசம்பர் 7, 2016 அன்று நடந்த விபத்தில், விமானம் மலைப்பகுதியில் விழுந்து நொறுங்கியதில் பிரயாணம் செய்தவர்கள் கொல்லப்பட்டனர். இவ்வாறு அடிக்கடி பலிகள் நடப்பதால், ஏதோ தியசக்திதான் வேலை செய்கிறது, அதனை விரட்ட கருப்பு ஆடு பலியிட வேண்டும் என்று, மாந்தீரிகர்கள் அறிவுருத்தியதால், விமான ஆட்கள் அவ்வாறே செய்தனர்[11]. சமூக ஊடகங்கள், மற்றவர்கள் கிண்டலடித்தாலும், அவர்கள் கவலைப்படவில்லை. அதேபோல, பாலங்கள் கட்டுவது, பெரிய சாலைகள் போடுவது போன்ற வேலைகள் ஆரம்பிக்கும் போதும் பலி கொடுக்கப் படுகின்ற்து. நம்ம வீரமணி போன்றோர் அல்லது ஷிர்க் கூட்டத்தால் கலாட்டா செய்யவில்லை.  பொதுவாக ஈத் அன்று 1,00,00,000க்கும் [ஒரு கோடி] மேலான விலங்குகள் பலியிடப் படுகின்றன. இதில் மதநம்பிக்கையை விட வியாபாரம் தான் பெரிதாக இருக்கிறது[12]. தோல் அதிகம் கிடைக்கும், அதனை ஏற்றுமதி செய்யலாம், ரூ 8 கோடிகள் கிடைக்கும் என்றுதான் கணக்குப் போடுகின்றனர்[13]. தோல் வியாபரக் கழகம் அதில் அதிகமாகவே சிரத்தைக் காட்டுகிறது[14]. மிருகங்களை அறுக்கும் போதே, தோலை யார் பெறுவது என்று சண்டை போட்டுக் கொள்வர் / அதையே விளையாட்டாக கொள்வர். அதிலும் அடிதடி-சண்டை நடைபெறுவதுண்டு.

[7] Punjab Minister for Religious Affairs Zaeem Qadri said intelligence agencies along with police and the local government were investigating all aspects of the case. Qadri said that his department managed some 552 shrines in the province, but this one was not a registered with it.
“Investigators will also look into how this shrine was allowed to be set up on private land,” he said. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has asked for a police report on the investigation within 24 hours, a senior government official said. There have been cases of people dying during exorcism ceremonies at some shrines across the country, but mass killings are rare.

நாளுக்கு நாள் காஷ்மீர முஸ்லிம்கள் – தீவிரவாதிகள், தாலிபான் வகையினர் முதலியோர் செய்து வரும் அட்டூழியம் அதிகமாகி வருகிறது.

தீவிரவாதிகளை பிடித்து வைத்தால், அவர்களுக்காக பெண்களை அனுப்பி வைக்கும் வேலையும் நடக்கிறது. தீவிரவாதிகளே ஆணையிட்டுக் கேட்டு கலாட்டா செய்கிறார்களாம்.

ஸ்ரீநகர் : பயங்கரவாதிகளின் மிரட்டல் காரணமாக, ஸ்ரீநகர் மற்றும் அதன் சுற்றுப் புற பகுதிகளில் செயல்பட்டு வந்த சினிமா தியேட்டர்கள் மூடப்பட்டு விட்டன. ‘நீலம்’ என்ற ஒரே ஒரு தியேட்டர் மட்டுமே தற்போது இயங்கி வருகிறது.

காஷ்மீரில், ஸ்ரீநகர் உள்ளிட்ட நகரங்களில் முன்பு, ஏராளமான சினிமா தியேட்டர்கள் இயங்கி வந்தன. அத்தனை தியேட்டர்களிலும், ரசிகர்கள் கூட்டம் நிறைந்து இருக்கும். இத் தொழிலில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்த ஏராளமான தொழிலாளர் குடும்பங்கள் இதனால் பயன் பெற்றன. பயங்கரவாதிகள் மிரட்டல் காரணமாக, படிப்படியாக, இங்கு இயங்கி வந்த சினிமா தியேட்டர்கள் மூடப்பட்டன. மீறி செயல்பட்டு வந்த ஒரு சில தியேட்டர்களும், பயங்கரவாதிகளின் தாக்குதலுக்கு ஆளாயின. பிராட்வே, ரீகல் போன்ற தியேட்டர்கள் சத்தமில்லாமல் மூடப்பட்டு விட்டன. கயாம் தியேட்டர், தற்போது இருதய நோய் ஆராய்ச்சி மையமாக மாற்றப்பட்டு விட்டது. நாஜ் என்ற தியேட்டர் வணிக வளாகமாக மாறி விட்டது. நீலம் என்ற பழமையான தியேட்டர் மட்டுமே, தற்போதும் இயங்கி வருகிறது. கடும் அச்சுறுத்தல், பாதுகாப்பு பிரச்னைகளை மீறி, ஸ்ரீநகரில் இந்த ஒரு தியேட்டர் தான் செயல்படுகிறது. அதற்கும் பார்வையாளர்கள் அதிகமாக வருவது இல்லை. இதனால், இந்த தியேட்டர் நஷ்டத்தில் இயங்குகிறது.

தியேட்டர் ஊழியர்கள் கூறியதாவது: நீலம் தியேட்டர் 44 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முந்தையது. 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன், ரசிகர்கள் கூட்டம் தியேட்டரில் அதிகமாக இருக்கும். அதுவும் பனிப் பொழிவு அதிகம் உள்ள காலத்தில் கூட்டம் மிகவும் அதிகமாக இருக்கும். எங்களுக்கு கணிசமான வருமானமும் கிடைத்தது. தற்போது நிலைமை தலைகீழாகி விட்டது. இந்த பகுதியில் இந்த ஒரு தியேட்டர் மட்டுமே இருந்தாலும், இதற்கு போதிய அளவு பார்வையாளர்கள் வருவது இல்லை. அச்சுறுத்தல் காரணமாக, மிக குறைந்த கூட்டமே வருகிறது. இதனால், இந்த தியேட்டரும் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் மூடப்படலாம். இவ்வாறு ஊழியர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர்.

Although we know that she was not a permanent resident of Habbakadal and had brought a house here, but for people outside Habakaddal she is a resident of this locality.” says Haji Abdul Salam, a shopkeeper. “A single sinner sinks the boat. India is now using innocent Kashmiri girls to suppress us morally. Most of the culprits are mainstream politicians and top-level police officials who used surrendered militants and corporators to play the role of suppliers. I formed the Mariam Squad after Sabeena was arrested in 2004 but instead of going after her, the police arrested me under the Public Safety Act. Your visits to Internet cafes have not drawn much support. Nor did your campaign in favour of the burqa. I cannot claim that the response is very hot. The burqa campaign did not succeed because of hurdles from the government side. India has created an impression that I’m a militant. We were banned under pota also. I would describe myself as a woman working on social causes. I don’t want women to get involved in militancy. My heart is full of love. I am not a harsh woman. I am not against the Internet or cable television. I understand that the Internet is the need of the hour. All I am saying is that Internet cafes should not have cabins because seclusion encourages crimes against women. All I’m saying is that we have a code given by Allah and if women follow that then their honour will never be exploited. Sabeena exploited young girls with the promise of jobs. I’m telling the girls — it’s the duty of the man to provide for you. I’m saying, observe purdah because that gives you an identity as a Muslim. If you wear a burqa, you will be seen as pious and men will not be able to approach you. But not wearing a burqa doesn’t make Kashmiri women less pious. They say they are religious and modern. I’m only trying to create awareness amongst women and telling them to be vigilant. I am also trying to tell parents that they must act as responsible and dutiful parents. The point is that the war with India has left hundreds of widows and orphans and this is what Sabeena is exploiting. I say, according to the Quran, when there is trouble in society, the men are allowed to marry twice to give a widow a home. Islam allows polygamy so a widow can have a guardian. If my husband had been earning more, I would have inspired him to marry a widow but he is in jail. What did he have to say? He says he loves me too much and can’t think of another woman. You say you are a woman working on social issues. Why did none of the young girls involved in Sabeena’s web try and contact you? They were threatened and blackmailed. I got hundreds of phone calls threatening me also. Sabeena is obviously connected to the very powerful and I am told she has a boss who is currently in Delhi. The young unsuspecting girls were also being sent to Delhi’s powerful. Now is the time to take care of these girls who have been exploited. These girls can’t be rejected. ஒரு பத்திரிக்கை சொல்வதென்னவென்றால், “காதிஃப் மந்திரவாதி” (the “Qatif sorcerer”) முதலில் பத்தாண்டு சிறைவாசம் மற்றும் 1000 கசையடி என்று தண்டனை அளிக்கப் பட்டதாம். பிறகு அது மரண தண்டனையாக மாற்றப் பட்டதாம்!

அரபு நியூஸ் சொல்வதென்னவென்றால், அவன் பல கேமராக்களை அவ்வாறு மறைத்து வைத்துள்ளதாகவும், 200ற்கும் மேலாக அத்தகைய கலவி-சரச வீடியோ டேப்புகள், 180 கம்ப்யூட்டர் ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க் மற்றும் தன்னால் கற்பழிக்கப் பட்ட பெண்களின் விவரங்கள் முதலியவற்றை தன்னுடையா வீட்டில் வைத்திருந்தானாம். [நல்ல வேளை நம்மூர் ஆட்களாக இருந்தால் அதை ரூ. 500/- என்று போட்டு விற்றிருப்பார்கள், பாவம், நக்கீரன் ஜொல்லுவிடுவதும், சன் –  டிவி மூச்சு விடுவதும் தெரிகிறது / கேட்கிறது].

அல்-ரியாத் சொல்வதாவது, அவன் அவ்வாறு 350 மேலாக பல பெண்களை மயக்கியிருப்பான்

கடைசியாக அவன் ஒருவனிடத்தில் மாட்டிக் கொண்டானாம். அதாவது ஒரு பெண் அவனிடத்தில் அகப்பட்டு தப்பி வந்தபோது, அவள் சொன்ன விஷயம் வைத்துக் கொண்டு அவன் பிடிக்கப்பட்டானாம். இவ்வழக்கு சீரிய குணங்கள் மற்றும் பாவத் தடுப்பு கமிஷனிடத்தில் அனுப்பப் பட்டுள்ளதாம்.
