கடந்த ஞாயிற்றுக் கிழமை 07-03-2010 நைஜீரியா நாட்டின் நான் கு கிராமங்களில், இரண்டு மதக்குழுவினர்களுக்குள் ஏற்பட்ட கலவரத்தில் இறந்தவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகமாகிக் கொண்டேயிருக்கிறது. ஃபுலானி (Muslim Fulani ethnic group) எனப்படும் அதிகமாக உள்ள முஸ்லீம் மக்கள், கிருத்துவ பெரோம் (Christian Berom ethnic group) என்ற குடிமக்களைத் தாக்கியதில் நூற்றுக்கணக்கில் குழந்தைகள், சிறுவர்கள், பெண்கள்………….என இறக்க நேரிட்டுள்ளது. டோகோ நஹவா, ரஸாத், ஜோத் மற்றும் ஸென் என்கின்ற நான்கு கிராமங்களில் அதிகாரிகள் இறந்த உடல்களை திங்கட்கிழமை எண்ண ஆரம்பித்தபோது 378 பிணங்கள் கிடைத்தது கண்டு அதிர்ச்சியுற்றனர்.
நா ஹௌவா என்றைடத்தில், ஒரு பெரிய குழியில் புதைக்கப்படுள்ள பிணங்கள்!

Islam is a religion which does not countenence other religions; simply subjugate others to follow Islam, seems to be their approach towards other religions: miles away from hinduism, which deals with the existene of other religions and reaction hinges on tolerence, a word unheard of in Islam. The religion is not open to review the teachings of Quran, though it is more than 14 centuries old, and there have been numerous developments since.
Such incidents would hasten the shift of thinking of other religionists: is it a curse to have sauch fanatical religionists as your nieghbour?

The enthnic conflicts could not be interpreted as the fight between two religions.
